Our aim is to see the Kingdom of God come, where broken lives are restored, the lost are found and communities transformed. We believe every church exists to be part of God's mission to show the world Christ and that we are better equipped to do this in partnership with other churches.

As a network our focus is to encourage each other through sharing our hearts, ideas and lessons learned along the way, to challenge one another to stay true to the course and to invest in helping people fulfil their God given calling. We believe that by journeying together we can see God do great things in our nation and around the world.

We have a number of ways that we work towards fulfilling our calling and promoting our values.

1. We run Gatherings and Conferences: Throughout the year we run different conferences which include a Big Summer Gathering in Devon, Leadership, Youth and Women’s conferences
2. We train and support leaders: Leaders gather regularly for prayer, encouragement, and shared discernment for the churches. We prioritise relational support alongside practical leadership development.
3. We create resources: We create and share resources to support discipleship, leadership development, and local mission across our churches.
4. We provide accountability and support: We believe that MLG operates as an undergirding support, not a top down authority over a church. In this role we work with churches to ensure both leaders and congregations are well cared for. Our team visits churches and keeps connected with Leadership Teams to provide guidance and support with transitions and where needed, In times of particular difficulty MLG can take a more active involvement.

We connect with others: We value relationships with other churches and networks beyond MLG, believing that partnership across the wider body of Christ strengthens the mission of God.
