THE TEAM
MLG is overseen by a Leadership Team who work very closely with the local church leaders and elders across the network. The Leadership Team is focused on providing direction as well as pastorally supporting leaders across the churches.
Tim Cross
Tim heads up the MLG Leadership team. He is the pastor of the River Church in Orpington. Tim passionately believes that we are stronger together and that we need to see God release the potential in ordinary people. He is married to Helen and they have 3 young boys
John Watson
John is the pastor of Eltham Green Community Church. John has a heart to see the local church engaged in reaching the world with the gospel. He also heads up Fresh Ground Coffee House as a means to reach the local community. He is married to Janna and they have 3 children.
Matt Chilvers
Matt is the Lead Elder of City Church Chester. Matt’s great desire is to see Jesus build His church and see a fresh outpouring of God in our nation. Matt has a busy schedule leading the church, managing a small construction firm and being the father to 3 children with his wife Charlotte.
